Why We Trade, Not Manufacture

At Bigman Foods by Dat Khuong JSC, our decision to focus on trading rather than manufacturing is intentional. It reflects how we believe value is best created—through trust, collaboration, and focus.

Mr. Bigman Le is fortunate to have many close friends and long-term partners who own excellent factories. These partners are specialists in manufacturing, with deep expertise and strong production capabilities. Instead of competing with them, we choose to support their work, help bring their products to market, and grow together through mutual trust and respect.

By focusing on trading, we stay close to our buyers. We listen carefully, respond quickly, and adapt to real market needs. This allows us to serve hotels, restaurants, and partners with flexibility and precision, while enabling our manufacturing partners to focus fully on what they do best.

This model also keeps us agile. Without being tied to a single production line, we can curate the right products, manage supply responsibly, and adjust as demand evolves. In doing so, we create balanced value—supporting factories with stable demand and buyers with reliable, responsive supply.

Most importantly, this approach reflects our values. Business, to us, is built on relationships, not ownership. Mr. Bigman Le deeply cherishes the friendships formed through years of collaboration, and Bigman Foods exists to strengthen those connections.

We do not need to own factories to create value. By respecting expertise, nurturing partnerships, and focusing on buyers, Bigman Foods fulfills its role—connecting good producers with good customers through good food.
