Dat Khuong came to life as a small family business, built on passion, craftsmanship, and a genuine love for food. At its heart is Mr. Bigman Le—affectionately known as the “Sausage Man”—one of the pioneers who introduced smoked sausage to diners in Ho Chi Minh City and across southern Vietnam.

Beyond smoked sausages, Dat Khuong proudly supplies hotels and restaurants with a diverse range of premium products, including smoked pork, smoked chicken, and carefully selected items crafted for cold-cut platters.
